To prevent Accidents and cases of activity related injuries, Provide adequate control of health and safety risks arising from individual activities.
To provide adequate training to ensure employees are competent to do their work.
To engage and consult with section heads on day to day health and safety conditions and provide help and supervision on occupational health.
To maintain healthy and safe activity conditions, provide and maintain equipment and machinery, and maintain safe use and storage of substances.
First aid equipment and accident book to be available, accidents to be reported and recorded under RIDDOR ( reporting of injuries diseases and dangerous occurrences regulations ).
